Ice storage
Your process, for example cooling your (agricultural) product, costs a lot of energy. This cooling can only be done by using electricity; the cooling must continue 24/7, but the sun only shines 12 hours a day.
To store your energy, you are considering a lithium battery. However, this entails high initial costs and has a lifespan of 5 to 7 years.
Because you need cold, for example for cooling milk, apples, or chemical products, your goal is not to store electricity. Your goal is to keep your process cool!
With our storage in cold, we directly convert the energy peak into cold. This means there is one less energy conversion and is therefore more efficient. Curious how the ice battery works?
