Exhaust gas piping

We supply not only the individual components such as the exhaust gas silencer. We can offer complete exhaust gas systems; Engineering, pipework, downpipe and exhaust gas silencer, possibly with flue gas cooler and, for larger projects, with installation.

Double-walled, insulated system, used as an independent external chimney for generator sets, combined heat and power units and other combustion engines and turbines. The system is characterized by resistance to high pressure up to 5000 Pa. Thanks to special connections of elements on the jacket, using gaskets and the so-called free core, which expands under the influence of high temperatures (up to 600°C), the system perfectly fulfills its function in generators with the highest power. This system does not require the use of expansion compensators.

Our exhaust gas pipework is double-walled and made of stainless steel. The insulation is available from 30-60mm.
