Our radiators are custom made. In addition to the required cooling capacity, the installation dimensions, additional backpressure, and acoustic requirements form the basis of our design.

Our installations come with standard brass-plated tubes, copper (louvered) fins and a steel frame, but these can also be adjusted to customer requirements.

Our expansion tanks are removable and can be placed elsewhere if the available height is limited.

A default pressure test is carried out in the factory. A factory certificate can also be included if required.

Our designs are adjusted to suit the application and the environment:

  • For dusty environments we can apply larger fin spacing and fit smooth fins.
  • For application in marine environments we can tin-plate the cooling cores and galvanise the parts that are not in contact with the water. A coating can be applied to aluminium oil coolers in order to increase corrosion resistance.
  • Larger radiators can be delivered with separate elements. If an element becomes damaged, only a small element needs to be replaced. Installations with separate elements are taller (in height) than normal installations, however.
  • The circuits can be placed next to each other or in front of each other, depending on the location.
  • Anti-static fans are also available.

There are several models available:

Model 1

Radiator unit with electric or hydraulic fan drive.


Radiator unit variations:

  • Frequency 50Hz/60Hz
  • With or without adjustable frequency
  • Choice of E-motor brand, insulation class, marine model, Dahlander, etc.

Model 2

Radiator with hood, fan on the diesel engine. This model usually comes with a factory default fan and transfer ratio. The fan curve is essential for proper calculation.


Model 3

Radiator unit with bare shaft: radiator with an axle mounted to the fan with bearings and a bare shaft. Pulley propelled by the diesel engine. The advantage of a radiator unit with a bare shaft is that the number of revolutions can be set and less vibration in the fan.


Model 4

Radiator for a built-in container. If the radiator is built into a container, it is often broadly applicable and used worldwide! This means high ambient temperatures, limited space, application in 50 or 60Hz countries, and possible acoustic requirements.

In addition to radiators, we also supply roof fans. It is important to specify with your order how the fans should be installed. We apply two concepts:
